Refund policy

Since every Dare Decals product is made to order, we can’t accept returns or refunds for a change of mind once printing begins.

However, if you change your mind before we start printing, we’re happy to cancel and refund your order. In some cases, a non-refundable $50 design fee may be retained if design work has already been completed.

Once an item has been printed, unfortunately, no refunds or cancellations are available.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the proof you approved, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to replace or remake your item at no extra cost.

We always provide a proof before production, so please check it carefully. The approved design is what we’ll produce.
